I am not looking to add the discount but want to have the text in the Progress Bar

If you want to display a threshold in the Progress Bar without applying an actual discount using the iCart app, you can easily do so to inform customers about available discounts without automatically applying them at checkout. This is particularly useful if you have a discount code set up in Shopify that you want customers to enter manually.To show the text in the Progress Bar, go to the Discount tier in the cart editor, select "No discount" under "Select discount," and then add your desired offer-related content, such as the discount code or promotional message.

This way, the text will appear in the progress bar without applying any discount automatically. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out via live chat or email for assistance.

If you want to show a threshold in the Progress Bar without actually applying the discount, you can easily do that using the iCart app. This is helpful when you want to inform customers about an available manual or automatic discount set up in your Shopify admin, without applying it automatically at checkout.

You’ve set up a discount code in Shopify and want to highlight the offer in the progress bar, but prefer customers enter the code manually — or you want to avoid applying the discount automatically from the cart.

➞ Show the text without applying discount

Go to the Discount tier inside the cart editor (Quick cart or Full cart) > Progress bar
Click on Other Option
Under Select discount, choose No discount
In the next step, add your offer-related content (text you want to show)

💡 You can include the discount code, promotional message, or any text you want your customers to see.

This setup ensures the text for the offer appears in the progress bar, but no discount is applied automatically through cart.
