Follow these steps to configure Free Shipping based on customer location:
• Go to the Discount tier inside your cart editor > Progress bar
• Select Country
• Choose from the three available options:
- All: Apply free shipping to all countries — no exclusions.
- Including Country: Free shipping will be available only to the countries you include in this list.
- Excluding Country: Free shipping will be applied to all countries except the ones you exclude in this list.
